How do I record diaper changes or toilet breaks?

This article explains how to use Change forms in the iBlum app.

How to record a diaper change

1. Select the ‘Programs’ at the bottom of your screen.
2. Select the room that the child is enrolled in.
3. Select the child's name from the list and the available forms for the child will appear.
4. Select 'Change' to open the form.
5. On the DIAPER tab, select ‘Add diaper’ to begin.
6. Enter the time.
7. Indicate if the diaper was dry, wet, loose, or if there was bowel movement. You can choose more than one, as needed.
8. Enter comments about the diaper change (optional).You can add more diaper changes, as needed.
9. Select ‘Publish’ to submit the form. 

How to record a toilet break

1. Select the ‘Programs’ at the bottom of your screen. 
2. Select the room that the child is enrolled in.
3. Select the child's name from the list and the available forms for the child will appear.
4. Tapping 'Change' will open the form.
5. On the TOILET BREAK tab, select 'Add toilet break' to begin.
6. Enter the time.
7. Indicate if the child peed, or if there was bowel movement or an accident. You can choose more than one, as needed.
8. You can enter any comments (optional).
9. You can add more Toilet break records, if needed.
10. Enter 'Publish' to submit the form.
