This article explains how to fill out the Weekly Observation forms in the iBlum app for Educators.
- Go to the Program section of the app.
- Select the room that the child is enrolled in.
- Select the child's name from the list, and open the WEEKLY tab.
- There are 5 skills (one for each domain) recommended for each learner every week. Select one of the skills to open the form for that skill.
- To learn about the skill and what indicators to look for, tap on the
button to watch a short explanatory video.
- Indicate if you have observed the learner demonstrating this skill. If you are not sure or have not observed this skill, this skill will appear as a recommendation for the learner again in the future.
- Upload photo(s) to accompany this skill (optional).
- If needed, make an action plan for the learner to develop this skill and note any additional comments. The action plan and additional comments will not be shown to parents.
✏️Note: You can save this as a draft if you are not able to finish the observation immediately.
9. Select 'Publish' to submit this observation.
