How to Take an Assessment (Step by Step)

Before You Begin

• Log in to the app with your account.

• Go to My Feed (this is the quickest place to see if an assessment is available).

Steps:

1. Open My Feed
   If not already there navigate to My Feed tab.

   
   
   

2. Start the Assessment
   Look for the assessment card/button indicating a new assessment is available (appears roughly every 30 days). Click Get Started.

3. Answer the Questions

   • Respond to each question honestly—your results personalize your learning content.

   • Click Next to move forward (you can navigate back if needed).

     
     
     

      

   
   
   
   

4. Pause Anytime (Optional)
   Need a break? You can close the assessment as your progress is auto-saved.

5. Resume Where You Left Off
   Return to My Feed → click Let’s Get Started → click Next to continue.
   
   

   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   

6. Finish & Submit
   On the final screen, select Next and you will be navigated to the assessment report summary showing your scores.

After You Submit

• Your Assessment Report (covering 8 skills: Communication, Cultural Competence, Collaboration, Thinking Skills, Adaptability, Social Intelligence, Civility, and Citizenship) is generated.

• In your Program Library (Program tab), the completed assessment appears pinned at the top.

• Your My Feed updates within a few days with microlearning focused on your lowest three skill areas.
