Some parents during the registration process, have not provided consent for their children to be in photos taken by their teachers.
To ensure that moments (pictures) show up for a child, make sure the child's profile on the management portal indicates that the parent has provided permission for pictures to be taken and shared.
For children who do not have permission for pictures to be shared, the camera icon has a cross on it. This can be determined by looking at the summary classroom page.
If you go to the individual child's profile, you can also see the picture of the camera crossed out as per below.
Parents of any children who are tagged in the Moment will see this in their Feed, child's Daily Diary, and Portfolio.
