This article explains what information you receive in the Weekly Observations Report in the iBlum app.
Educators will receive a collated report of all the Observation forms filled at the end of the week for each room/cohort/section.
The reports will show the domain, skill, and indicators of the observations made for each child.
Any comments that the educators have made in the Observation forms are included as Notes in the report.
The answer entered by the educator (i.e. Yes, Not Yet or Not Sure) for “Have you observed this?” will be shown in the "Answers" column of each Learner's report.
Action plans that a teacher has written down for each indicator are listed at the bottom of the report to help inform in creating upcoming lesson plans for their students.
