      I don't have my username. What do I do? (Parent)

      You're a parent and your username is lost or forgotten.

      If your username is lost or forgotten, there are two options available:

      1) You can search your e-mail inbox to find the e-mail with your username. 

      2) If you are unable to find the e-mail with your username, please contact your child's center to retrieve it.
