The Attendance Report page is used to verify student attendance for the week using the completed Room Attendance Sheets. This ensures accuracy in billing and maintains proper attendance records for compliance and reporting.
Step 1: Access the page
- First access the Center Management section by clicking on the hamburger menu (☰) item. See image above.
- Next click on the + button, to expand the Center Management section.
- Then click on “Verify attendance report” link from the Center Management section. Once you click on this link, a verification pop-up message will appear to confirm the week date. After confirming, you will be taken to the Prepare Attendance Report
Step 2: Navigation
- Home Button (Top Left): Takes you back to the dashboard.
- Breadcrumb (San Marcos Campus > Prepare Attendance Report): Shows your current location in the portal.
Step 3: Page Overview
- Header – Shows the week being reviewed (e.g., Week of July 21, 2025).
- Student List – The table is organized by classrooms. Each row represents a student with their complete name and enrollment status.
- Calendar Grid – Displays each day of the week (e.g., M, Tu, W, etc.).
- Attendance Codes – Use the following codes when updating attendance for clarity and tracking:
- P = Present
- A = Absent
- S = Sick
- V = Vacation
- ST = Statutory Holiday
- FD = Part-day to Full-day
- E = Extra Day
- EF = Extra Day and Part-day to Full-day
- CR = Center Closure (Refund for the day)
- CN = Center Closure (No Refund for the day)
- Totals – At the right, year-to-date (YTD) totals are calculated for Absent, Sick, and Vacation. This is calculated from January 1 to the last verified date.
Step 4: Printing the Attendance Report Template before verification.
To print, click the "Print-Friendly Version" link in the upper-right corner of the table.
Once the print-friendly version appears, use your web browser’s print function to print or save the page:

- Press Ctrl + P on your keyboard, or
- Open your browser menu (⋯) > Print.
🍎On Mac:
- Press Command + P, or
- Use the browser menu > Print.
⚙️Adjust Settings:
- Select Destination Printer (physical printer or “Save as PDF”).
- Choose Layout (Portrait recommended).
- Set Pages to include the full report.
🖨️Click Print to generate the attendance report.
Tip: Use 💾Save as PDF if you want to keep a digital copy before printing.
Step 5: Verify the attendance for the week
1. Review Attendance Sheets- Gather the completed Room Attendance Sheets for the week.
- Cross-check each student’s attendance with the report.
2. Confirm Entries
- Match each student’s daily status with the correct code.
- Correct any discrepancies by selecting the appropriate code from the drop-down menu in the form.
- After the changes are made, click Save.
- Double-check that entries align with attendance sheets.
- Confirm the YTD totals to ensure proper year-to-date tracking (right-hand side).
- Remember, updates here will affect parent account statements for billing.
4. Finalize
- Select the day up to which you want to verify attendance (e.g., Friday)
- Once all attendance data has been reviewed and confirmed as accurate, click Verify.
- After verification, the attendance codes for those dates can no longer be modified.
👉 Example: Attendance was verified until Friday only, entries for Saturday and Sunday remain editable until verified.
👉 Example: When attendance has been verified through Sunday, entries can no longer be edited. You may then proceed to verify the following week.
