Follow this guide to upload ZIP files from the app to send to the portal. ZIP files are important for debugging because they bundle all necessary logs, and configuration files for support teams to review and diagnose issues.
Step 1: If not already logged in, please do so using the credentials where issues have been experienced.

Step 2: Navigate to Settings
- On the bottom of the screen tap 'Account'
- It should should navigate you to your account and display the settings icon

Step 3: Select ZIP and Upload
- Once on the settings page you should see the option to 'Zip and upload database files'
- Select it and it should show a spinning arrow icon
- Do not close this screen until the icon stops spinning

Step 4: Confirm Upload
- If successful you should get a message saying 'Database files uploaded successfully'
