How do I upload and share photos of the children with parents?

This article explains the Capture a Moment forms in the iBlum app for Educators.

1. Go to the Program section of the app.
2. Select the room that the child is enrolled in.
3. Select the child's name from the list and the available forms for the child will appear.
4. Select 'Capture a Moment' to open the form.
5. Create a title for this moment. Titles can be up to 40 characters long.
6. Add a short description of what the photo is about. Descriptions can be up to 125 characters long.
7. Add the photo(s) you want to upload for this moment.
8. You can tag other children included in the photo by selecting their names from the list of classmates. This will ensure their parents also see the Moment.
9. Select 'Publish' to submit the form. This will share the photo with the parents of all the children tagged in the Moment. It will also be saved to the child's portfolio.
