How do I get my organization, staff and learners set up in the iBlüm app?

This article outlines what data iBlüm needs to get you set up on the iBlüm app.

Welcome to iBlüm! As part of our onboarding process, we need some information to set you up on the technical side of things. 

Please fill out the following intake forms. If you already have a Client Hub (shared OneDrive) setup, please upload the documents as you complete them. Otherwise, send them by email to your local iBlüm representative.  

 

SECTION A:

Please submit the following documents for every organization using iBlüm (e.g. Learning Jungle):

Portal Organizational Setup

This gives us general information about your organization, which will allow us to set up an organization in the Management Portal.

This allows us to customize the app’s look for your organization (facility or group of facilities) including colours, logos, etc.  

Please refer to the Co-branding guide sent by your administrator.

 

SECTION B:

In addition, please submit the following documents for each facility that will be using the iBlüm app. You will need to submit another set of the following documents for each additional facility added to your organization:

Staff Data

This provides us with the names of staff for that facility (e.g. if there are 2 teachers for that center, there will be 2 different teacher credentials).

This gives us information about the number of rooms that need to be created in the app (what you will see under the "Programs" tab in the app).

This gives us lists of learners by class (cohort) so we can upload into the system, so that they appear in the app with their names.
