How do I create a login credential for additional parents/guardians?

This article with help administrators (supervisors) to generate user IDs and passwords for additional parents and guardians.

As an admin, you can generate login credentials for additional parents or guardians linked to a family account. This allows each parent/guardian to access their children's daily diary and learning progress through the app with their own credentials.

Steps to Generate Login Credentials

1. Navigate to Manage Existing Accounts

   • Navigate to the portal and select Account Management > Manage Existing Accounts 
     

   • Select the family account you want to manage.

     

2. Locate the Parent/Guardian

   • Find the parent/guardian under the family account.

   • Beneath their email address, you will see a [Create Login] button.

     

3. Create Login Credentials

   • Select [Create Login] button.

   • The Family Account Invitation page will open where the system generates unique login credentials.

     

4. Share Credentials with the Family

   • You can send a copy of the generated credentials directly to the family via email by selecting Copy For Email button.

     
5. View Confirmation

   • Click on Next Step to return to the family account page, where the parent/guardian’s login details (e.g., username) will now be displayed and where the password can be reset.

     
6. Repeat if Needed
   • Follow the same steps to generate login credentials for any additional parents/guardians associated with the account.

Additional parents/guardians should now be able to login with the newly generated credentials.
