✅ Tips for Accuracy and maintaining a good system:
Set aside time on a weekly basis to check on this dashboard and take actions accordingly. To speed up review time:
- Review accounts with highlighted rows.
- Use # Issues to track unresolved concerns associated with the family.
- Ensure deposits are made before confirming enrollment. NOTE: This depends on the policy for the facilities.
- Disable accounts with 0 enrollments to maintain a clean system. NOTE: Although the disable option maybe clickable, the system may prevent an account from being disabled if there is a balance owing, or if there is a student with an active enrolment profile
